Tutoring Services in Franklin
Kids Under Construction provides individualized and group tutoring, as well as homeschool academic support, to students in and around Williamson County. Tutoring services can take place in our academic studio, in your home, or virtually.
Our Franklin studio is located on the second floor of the TOA Sports Performance building located at 215 Gothic Court in the Cool Springs area of Franklin.
Private Tutoring
Targeted, individualized instruction that focuses on skill mastery, confidence building, and academic growth.
Studio: $75 per hour | Home: $90 per hour
Collaborative learning experiences that build skills, peer connection, and confidence in a supportive environment.
HW Club: $25 per day | Groups: varies
Group Tutoring
Homeschool Support
Structured instruction, accountability, and academic planning that benefits homeschool students across subjects and grade levels.
Studio: $80 per hour | $20 per added child

Most of our families match with a consistent, dedicated tutor for ongoing support. However, if you need a flexible, one-time, or short-term option, you can book open slots instantly online.
Option 1: Ongoing Weekly Tutoring (Recommended)
If you want to establish a routine with a regular weekly schedule, this is the place to start.

Option 2: Flexible & On-Demand Booking (available starting August 17)

our enrollment process
for weekly tutoring
1. Fill out an enrollment form.
To get started, please complete the NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT FORM by clicking the banner above. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible regarding your student's availability; this helps us schedule sessions quickly and efficiently. Feel free to share as much as you'd like regarding your student!
2. Create your TeachWorks account online.
Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive an email to confirm your TeachWorks FAMILY PORTAL and set your password. We use this software to schedule sessions, produce schedules, and bill for services. The credit card you put on file will be used for your initial payment, but you can change your card on file anytime. All scheduled sessions and detailed invoices can be found in your TeachWorks account.
3. Confirm your first session and weekly schedule.
We schedule your INITIAL SESSION - and weekly schedule - based on the availability you provide in your enrollment form. You will receive an email with the initial session details, your WEEKLY SCHEDULE, and your assigned tutor’s contact information.

We believe clear communication builds strong partnerships.
To help families feel informed and confident as they get started with Kids Under Construction, we’ve noted a few important policies below. A complete overview of our policies—including billing, reschedules, refunds and credits, and cancellations—is available on our Policies page.
To support consistent learning and meaningful progress, tutoring sessions are billed monthly in advance based on the number of scheduled sessions. We are happy to accommodate reschedules with advance notice. Refunds are not offered except in the case of billing errors, and sessions eligible for reschedule may not be used as credits for future services. Tutoring is paused during school breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring for a total of 4 weeks per school year), and a 30-day written notice is required to discontinue services.
